We work with flexibility and fluidity so that there is room for vision to be stretched and grown. This means that teams change as ministries develop. Currently our core team is made up as follows:

Mark Curtis - Mark is married to Alyson and has two daughters Charlotte and Emily. They live in Little Lever near Bolton where they are part of King’s Church.  Mark is the founder and leader of PFJ and cares for a number of churches and ministries in the UK and overseas, bringing support encouragement and direction.

Navaid Syed - Navaid is one of life's great enthusiasts! He is passionate about community transformation and he longs to see the Revival that brings Church growth but also results in society reflecting God's kingdom. He is an intercessor with a warrior outlook who believes in relevant, compassionate cross culture mission. Together with his wife Lindsay they are passionate about prophetic warfare and often take it to the streets. They run a prayer house called The Lighthouse and are members of Salt Church where he serves on the core leadership team.

Trustees – We have a group of trustees who are responsible for the running of the charity.
