What We Do

Our passion for Jesus sees us equipping church communities and our passion for people inspires us to support some of the most at-risk communities throughout the world.

In the UK, we provide training for church leaders. We believe that healthy leaders means healthy churches. We also organise several events each year where people of all denominations can meet and be motivated by inspirational speakers. For more details, visit the UK page of this website. In February 2010, we established Bolton City Church as part of our "B2B&B" vision to see churches planted from Bolton 2 Bury & Beyond, in communities where there is little or no active Christian presence. City Church takes place at the PFJ base on Sunday evenings at 7pm.

Overseas, we support social development programmes which help vulnerable people at grass-roots level, both financially and through the practical support of volunteers. Through fundraising and donations we provide financial assistance to projects that improve health, education and small business. For example, we have been involved with building schools, a medical centre, and providing grants for micro-finance projects. Volunteers from the UK regularly visit overseas projects, offering their services and passing on their skills. Among other activities, recent volunteers have enjoyed teaching in schools, constructing classrooms, treating patients and sharing business expertise. As in the UK, we provide training for churches and their leaders overseas. We are also involved in modern day crucades, bringing the knowledge of Jesus to those who have not encountered the Bible.

Our Vision

Our dream is to see communities transformed so that all are valued, families are stable and people live with smiles on their faces. Through a network of friends who are pro-active in breaking down barriers, we believe it is possible for schools to excel, businesses to prosper and streets to be safe. Through the influence of a church that is non-religious but passionate about Jesus and revived by the Holy Spirit, we believe in a world where honesty and trust are the norm, where government is just and where people are able to fulfil their potential.
